After that, the Aadhaar office was contacted and her Aadhaar was removed. It was found that her real name was Sushila Pinguwa Krishna Champila and her address was Kumardungi, West Singhbhum (Jharkhand). After that, on the orders of the Police Administration and Child Welfare Committee, Dhule, her parents were contacted and she was handed over to her parents.

A mentally retarded girl named Ms. Ruba Noel was admitted to the institution on the orders of the Child Welfare Committee, Mumbai. At this time, when the institution went through the process of removing the Aadhaar card, it was found that her Aadhaar had already been removed. Therefore, the institution corresponded with the Aadhaar office at the District Collector's Office, Dhule and got information about her old Aadhaar card. After that, her parents in Bangalore were contacted and called to the institution office and Ms. Ruba Noyal was handed over.

Aarti (Bhagwati), who was admitted to the orphanage in 2017, had gone to the Shri Gajanan Maharaj Temple in Shegaon with her mother for darshan, but after some time, Bhagwati was not found there after leaving Bhagwati at one place and leaving for darshan.
